The Top Three People You Should Be Telling About Your Home Based Business But You Probably Aren’t

One of the first things most people in network marketing will tell you to do when starting a new company is to create a list of the top 50 or 100 people you know who might be interested in working from home. Sometimes we think of people but we’re hesitant to put them on the list because we don’t think they’ll be interested, we’re embarrassed or we just don’t feel like it’s our place.

Here are the top three people that you should be telling about your new home based business but you probably aren’t.

Your Parents

Many people would never dream of talking to their parents about working from home. Either because they don’t want them to know that they’re doing one of those “work at home things” or because you don’t feel that your parents would be interested. However, even if your parents have seemingly great jobs or they’re retired that doesn’t mean that they might not still want to make some extra money.

You truly never know who will be interested in working from home until you ask. And even if mom and dad don’t want to sign up it can still be a great opportunity for you to talk to them about the new business you’re a part of and why you’ve chosen to work from home.

Your Co-Workers

Ok so this one can be tricky, you don’t exactly want to go blabbing all around the work place about how much you hate your job and what you’re doing to be able to quit it. However, if you’re close to some of the people you work with (and if your boss isn’t around) it’s perfectly acceptable to tell them about your new opportunity. Hey, you want to quit… they probably do too!

People At Church

This can sort of be awkward but it really doesn’t have to be. Talking about business with people you go to church with doesn’t have to be something strange. Just keep it casual and make sure they know that it’s ok if they say no. As long as you don’t make it awkward they probably won’t either.

Don’t miss out on an opportunity to make money just because you’re afraid of talking to someone about your home based business. If you have an opportunity to change your life you have an obligation to tell the people you love about it.

How much do you know about network marketing? Do you think you know a lot? Well let me tell you something that might just blow your mind. Your dog knows more about how to be successful than you do! That’s right, go a head and re-read that sentence. “How can that be” you say? Well sit back and I’ll tell you exactly how and why that’s true.

He Has Focus

When a dog wants a treat, toy or a walk he has total and complete focus. He’s not concerted with anything else and he doesn’t let himself get distracted. There is so much going on in our minds that sometimes we just flat out lack the focus it takes to really be successful in building a business. So tell the kids to go play in their rooms, turn off the tv, sit in a comfy chair and really get down to business every once in a while! No distractions from what you really want out of life.

He Knows When To Relax

If a dog is tired he’s gonna take a nap. Dogs never work themselves in to a frenzy over something silly like a deadline. Sometimes if we want to be successful we have got to learn to chill out! A rested mind is a productive mind. So chill on the couch for an hour, take a nap or just get to bed earlier. You can’t work ALL THE TIME!

He’s Never Shy About What He Wants

If a dog needs to go outside, he’ll tell you! If a dog needs food, he’ll tell you! And if a dog wants to play you’ll defiantly know. Sometimes we’re not as successful as we could be because we’re just flat out too afraid to ask for what we want. Whether it’s a referral, a sale, or for someone to come to a meeting. If you’re not clear about what you need from someone you’re going to end up not getting anything. So be clear about what you need if someone turns you down that’s fine but at least you had the courage to ask for what you really want!

So, I bet after this article you’ll never look at ol’ Fido the same way ever again. Just know that behind all that drool there is a very shrewd business man.

Your Job Is The Ultimate Pyramid Scheme!

If you have a job and you hate the idea of network marketing or even worse one of those “pyramid schemes” I have some really scary news for you… your job is a big giant pyramid scheme and guess what, you’re never going to make it to the top!

You say “what do you mean?” “you don’t know anything about my job!” and it’s true I don’t. But I don’t have to!

All traditional jobs are structured just like a pyramid scheme. Sure they may not be illegal but the way they’re set up is just the same.

You have your boss, and your boss’ boss, and his boss, and the guy above him and all the way to the top it goes!

Guess how much the guy at the top of the pyramid is making?

Well the truth is I have no idea… but I know it’s a whole lot more than you!

There are limited spaces at the top and chances are you can work hard your entire life and never even come close to the tip top of that pyramid.

Doesn’t that sound like a pyramid scheme to you?

You have a better shot at becoming a millionaire in a network marketing company than you do at ever reaching the top of your jobs pyramid!

So tell me why it is that everyone sees a home based business as so much of a gamble? Can you explain it? I can’t either!

Build a respectable, profitable, exciting and totally legal business from home and stop making your boss rich! You’ve been working for him for a while now and you’re not rich yet are you? Why not do something for yourself for a change.

The 3 Best Comebacks To MLM Rejection!

If you’re involved in multi level marketing you’re going to hear the word know more than once in a while. Rejection is a natural part of this type of business and it has nothing to do with you. Everyone no matter who they are or how good they may be will get rejected so don’t let it eat you up! Sometimes if you’re getting rejected a lot you might get tired of saying the same old thing so here are the top 3 best comebacks to a harsh rejection!

1. Oh I wasn’t talking to you. I was talking to the guy behind you!

When someone turns you down don’t get embarrassed. Just pretend like you were talking to the guy behind them. Think about how embarrassed they’ll be once they realize that you weren’t even talking to them in the first place. Sure you were looking them in the eyes the whole time and even calling them by name but if they reject you just act like you were never even talking to them in the first place.

2. That’s ok I was just practicing on you for the really good prospects

Sure it’s a little rude and sure they may have been your very best prospect ever. However, when you use this little gem they’ll think twice about just how many prospects you actually have. Nothing changes peoples minds more than when they feel like they’re missing out on something. And they will feel like they’re missing out of something when they think you have a ton of other prospects waiting in the wings.

3. Ok, I’ll give you a follow up call in 6 months from my yacht

Alright so maybe you don’t have a yacht. However, this really gets people thinking about what they’re saying no to.

In case you didn’t know these are mostly meant for humor. However, the truth still remains that everyone in network marketing at one point or another is going to face rejection. Just keep on going, don’t let it stop you and remember that it’s not your fault!

The Power Of Branding Yourself In MLM

On of the things that I feel is not often talked about enough when it comes to marketing your home based business online is the power of branding. Branding is ultra important in the business world so why wouldn’t it be in the world of home based businesses?

See the golden arches and what do you think of? McDonalds of course! So why not use the same principals that have been successful for huge corporations and use it to help build your home based business? I don’t believe that you have to have a logo or a theme song to be successful but the more you can make your blogs, websites, you tube channels, and articles uniform and branded specifically for you the better.

The ultimate goal with branding is for someone to see something that you’ve done. Let’s say an article in this case and automatically know that it’s from you. One of the easiest ways to market online is to use the same username for everything you sign up for.

Your username can be your real name “AliciaDavis” or it can be something a little more creative and eye catching like “TheMLMQueen” whatever it is you need to use that username as much as possible. That means buying that domain name, using it as your you tube name, using it on Twitter, forums and even signing your blog posts with it.

You want people to be able to be able to see that name and think “hmm… TheMLMQueen…. I think I’ve seen her before… she must be pretty important”.

Another way that you can work on branding yourself is by having a particular style or theme. Maybe you want to be the facts guy. The person who knows everything about MLM and if you ever have any questions you’re the guy that people want to talk to. Maybe you want to have a silly or humorous writing or video style. Whatever that is stick with it. Don’t try to be all things to all people. Carve out a specific niche and stick with that as much as possible. That will set you apart from the crowd.

By finding subtle ways to brand yourself online you will become a more recognizable face and that will ultimately help people find you easier online and trust you more. Before you post your next article, blog or video ask yourself… what is my brand and how can I make it better?

The Power Of Pre-selling In Network Marketing

There aren’t many online network marketers who focus their skills on pre-selling and those that do account for much of the 5% of those who succeed.

So, would pre-selling have a positive effect on your MLM business? Not just a positive effect, it would make your business take off in a very big way!

These new attraction marketing methods have made many a stressed out network marketer see the light. These network marketers were previously scrabbling around attempting to get their businesses started.

Until recently, in the world of MLM, it was practically unheard of to generate a steady cash flow from the front end.

The Internet has changed things dramatically and is now heralded as the strongest method for targeting the right prospects. This change to the way network marketing businesses are promoted has really turned things around.

Resistance from the Old School

“Resistance is futile” is a quote coined from the famous TV show “Star Trek”. This phrase was often used by an alien race known as the “Borg”. They captured other races into their commune and sent this message out to anybody who tried to resist their grasp.

If you employ pre-selling in network marketing as a method for generating leads it can strengthen your recruitment labors no end.

In order to have your prospects agree to your business offer, you need to lead them gently into making the decision on their own. It’s all about nurturing relationships with them and when the time comes to show them your offer you will find they are already ready to join.

It is not surprising to come up against confrontation when we challenge peoples’ perceptions of what is normal. A lot of these perceptions are set in stone and it is a hard job to change them.

Network marketing is a great example of this. Educating people about dream building in network marketing is widespread, but is often exaggerated.

Yes, it’s true that dream building is an important aspect but it’s not the reason for becoming successful. This might appear like it’s against everything you’ve been told, but if you’re missing one vital element your dreams of retiring to that beach house are unlikely to happen.

We have been using the Internet now for many years, but it’s only very recently that its potential as been unleashed as an essential tool for prospecting. Why is that? It could be because many MLM methods still follow old school principals and these have been very difficult to change.

Why is your MLM business causing you to struggle so much? Do you place too much importance on everything told to you by your upline? Things that cause dream building in network marketing? saying that there is a little known way to absolutely ensure
your success.

This secret is seldom used yet for those that do hold true
to the principle that I am about to outline you simple
cannot fail. That's right your success is 100% guaranteed.

Before we get to the secret let's do a little ground work to
set the stage for HUGE and quick success in network
marketing.

The level of success and freedom in life that network
marketing offers to the average person is unlimited and
that's the appeal, but there are some ways to help ensure
that success occurs for you as quickly as possible.

Most people jump into a new home business on a hope and
dream.

They look at the compensation plan and the testimonials
involved with the network marketing company that they are
about to join and see the vision.

They say "Man ... IF I max out this plan I'll be making
$40,000 a month and I'll never have to work again! Let's
give it try!"

They fill themselves up with anticipation for the windfall
of cash that is on the way and they sit back and wait for
the money to come to them.

Then a month later after they go through a few trails and
try a few things unsuccessfully they say . . . "Why isn't
this working?"

Then the next month when they put in half the effort they
put in their first month and nothing happens again they quit
and say they were scammed.

My question to you is . . . were they scammed?

You see, before you start any Network Marketing business you
have to do a little bit more homework than just look at the
compensation plan and the testimonials. You have to really
research what you are about to get yourself into.

What type of research do you have to do? What questions
should you ask?

Here they are:

" How long has the company been around?

" What is the product?

" Is the product unique?

" Does the product have mass appeal?

" Is the product a front runner in an emerging market?

" Can you become passionate about the product?

" Does the business have a powerful marketing system in
place?

" Who are the successful people in this business?

" What are the successful people doing to create that
success?

" Is the product something that the majority of the public
can afford?

" Am I personally financial stable enough to start a new
business?

" What type of a monthly marketing budget will I have to set
aside to be successful?

" What are the conversion statistics for the marketing
process?

" Is the business truly duplicatable?

" What would be my break even point?

" Is there a way to make money quickly with this business or
is there a way that I can create a quick income in
marketing
this business?

" Etc.

You see it's not just the opportunity that has to be
correct. You TOO have to be correct for the opportunity and
you have to be in a financial position to take advantage of
the opportunity at hand.

Way too many times I see people joining my business that
jump in on a hope and a dream.

They have barely enough money to pay for there monthly
membership commitment and yet they still want to know the
fastest way to grow their business for FREE.

When people get caught up in the emotion of opening the
possibility for more in their life sometimes they don't
think clearly. They think if they can just get themselves in
they will get rich.

It's not just about getting yourself in.

It's about getting yourself in and putting yourself in a
position to be able to fully maximize the opportunity at
hand.

I get asked the following WRONG question all the time.

"How long until I make money?"

It's not about how long until you make money it's about what
you have to do to make money.

The truth is you could put yourself in a profitable
situation tomorrow or today, but it would take resources and
a good deal of learning to know how to do it.

The truth is, the fast way is never the FREE way. It's
either going to take you a good deal of money to put
yourself in a profitable position or a good deal of
education and leverage, and most of the time both.

There is no luck factor.

You don't earn money until you are worth of the income you
produce. As the great Earl Nightingale always says "You have
to be worth more than you are getting paid for your inc0me
to grow."

This is the natural state of all things and it's not going
to change. In order for your inc0me to grow you must grow.

Now . . .

Let me back up for a second to say that you CAN create a
large amount of success in Network Marketing for free, but
not until you know how.

If you don't have the answer to this question of how to
create a large amount of success for free now and it is a
burning desire for you learn how to do this, then get out
there and do the necessary leg work and research to get
yourself into to the position in which you can grow your
network marketing organization for FREE.

Enough of this banter . . .

If you want to have HUGE success in Network Marketing
quickly you will need to of course obtain or create a
powerful marketing system that is highly duplicable. If you

that you should look for in the least:

" A strong follow up email system that incorporates the fear
of loss.

" A direct marketing style website that sells so you don't
have to.

Let's talk about the secret that will absolutely guarantee
that you succeed in Network Marketing.

Well remember when I gave the example above of the typical
mindset for people entering into network marketing?

They say:

"Man ... IF I max out this plan I'll be making $40,000 a

All we have to do is change one word in this statement to

Change the word "IF" to "WHEN"
