In order to clarify what I mean I will outline what it means to be a business owner and what it means to be an employee. If you do fall into the employee category that’s fine. You can still be really successful in a home based business you just are going to have to work a little harder than the natural born business owners.
The Business Owner - The business owner is someone who thinks outside the box. They’re not afraid to take chances and they’re willing to put in a lot of time and effort to accomplish their dreams. These people understand what it means to go against the grain. They don’t care what people think about them and they are easily motivated. A business owner can see the potential in things even before they’ve proven to be profitable. They’re also not afraid to spend a little money to make a lot of it!
The Employee - The employee is more about stability. They don’t like taking too many chances with their income. They’d much rather make a smaller amount of “stable” money than gamble and try to make more. They usually aren’t a self starter at work. They’d rather have someone tell them what needs to be done rather than seek it out for themselves.
Now that you know the difference between the two I hope you use this information to help you in your home based business. Remember, no matter what type of person you are you can be incredibly successful working from home. That’s what makes a home based business so special it can truly work for anyone!
