Before your meeting with a potential client, you need to prepare a basic contract. Once you have secured a project for the client, try to have the project completed early. When you first start your business, you should stuff and address all the envelopes and deliver them to the client. This shows the client that you are trustworthy. When you deliver them to the client, be prepared for him to ask you to mail them.
As your business grows and you secure more projects, you will need to ensure that you can meet all deadlines as promised. This may mean that you have to sub-contract some of your work.
